1. How can I modify my account information?
You can modify your details in the My Account section at any time.
2. What do I do if I forget my password?
You can request a password reset by clicking the appropriate link when you log in. You will receive an email with instructions on how to proceed.
3. Do I need to create an account to purchase?
It is not mandatory to register, you can make your purchase as a guest. However, if you register, you will receive offers and news directly to your email, in addition to enjoying the advantages of being a customer of our store.
4. Can I make a purchase from a mobile device?
Yes. Our website is fully compatible with all mobile devices and offers an equally satisfying experience as the desktop version.
Payment methods
1. What forms of payment do we accept?
You can pay by credit card, PayPal, Scalapay, Apple, Google Pay and Bizum.
2. Can I pay for my order in 3 interest-free installments?
Yes, you need to have a Scalapay account to be able to place your orders in installments in our online store.
3. When will the total amount be charged to the chosen payment method?
If you pay by credit card or PayPal, the full amount will be charged once the order has been confirmed.
4. Can I pay cash on delivery?
No, it is not possible to purchase cash on delivery in our store.
Shipping and returns
1. How much does shipping cost?
Standard shipping is free, from €29.99 - Peninsula and Portugal.
2. How can I check the status of my order?
Yes, you will receive an email with a tracking URL upon completion of your order.
3. When will I receive my order?
Shipping may take 24 - 48 hours. The shipping company is Tipsa.
4. Are there any shipping restrictions?
Order shipping does not include weekends or holidays.
5. Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
You cannot modify your order once it has been placed. However, you can cancel the order if it has not yet been shipped, by contacting info@alavaquera.es directly. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the items you received, you can return them free of charge.
6. Is gift wrapping available?
Yes, all our orders are wrapped in a special silkscreen paper.
7. Can I exchange an item for another color or size?
You must first return the item following our returns process and reorder it in the size and/or color of your choice.
