Shipping and returns

Standard shipping is free for orders over 49.99€ - Peninsula and Portugal.

Yes, you will receive an email with a tracking URL upon completion of your order.

Shipping may take 24 - 48 hours. The shipping company is Tipsa.

Order shipping does not include weekends or holidays.

You cannot modify your order once it has been placed. However, you can cancel the order if it has not yet been shipped, by contacting our customer service channels, via email: info@alavaquera.es or by phone.

Free size exchanges: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to exchange sizes at no additional cost.
If you prefer to return an item and request a refund, the return cost will be €6.99 + VAT, to be paid by the customer.

You must first return the item following our returns process and reorder it in the size and/or color of your choice.
